UKCK Kickboxing clubs are extremely popular, the junior hour,
has members from 5 to under 13 with girls and boys of mixed grade,
there are 5 instructors in attendance.
The senior hour, has a membership of 50% ladies and 50% men, all
have varied fitness levels and abilities, it has a brilliant
friendly atmosphere, and new members are always welcome.
The circuit is for the members that want to really improve on
their fitness levels, it comprises of a ten area circuit, and is a
continual progression of personal development.
